One-Day Leadership Training for Adolescent Girls Organized by Ummeed Foundation Trust

On 8th June, Ummeed Foundation Trust organized a one-day training program at its office aimed at developing leadership skills among adolescent girls.

Social worker Ms. Poonam from Varanasi facilitated the session, where she spoke in depth about the causes behind the current situation of women in society. She emphasized that to break free from these limitations, girls and women must become aware, assertive, and actively participate in decision-making and governance. Only then can true empowerment and progress be achieved.

A total of 40 adolescent girls participated in the training, engaging actively in discussions on leadership and empowerment.
