One-Day Women’s Leadership Training Organized by Ummeed Foundation Trust

On 25th May, Ummeed Foundation Trust organized a one-day training program for active women members at its office. The session focused on developing leadership skills among women and encouraging them to take on leadership roles in their communities.

Senior social worker and women’s rights advocate Ms. Sandhya Singh from Chunar, Mirzapur, addressed the participants. She emphasized that true village and community development can only be achieved when women are aware, take responsibility, and rise above caste and religious divisions to work collectively.

A total of 35 women leaders participated in the program, reflecting their commitment to driving social change and grassroots development.
